We've all heard the news recently about Zayn Malik taking time off from 1D's ON THE ROAD AGAIN tour, due to stress, and the sad news has just been released, direct from the official One Direction account that Zayn has indeed quit 1d...

I REPEAT.

ZAYN MALIK HAS QUIT ONE DIRECTION.

What?

Are we the only ones that think this has come entirely out of the blue?

We didn't expect this. Who'd have thought that his time off would have turned into a permanent vacation from the band? As avid One direction fans ourselves, us here at IA HQ are gutted that the 5 man band has lost Zayn.

Of course, this won't be the last we hear of Zayn, he's extremely talented at singing, drawing and of course, just generally being Zayn Malik. We sincerely hope that he is okay and is recovering from the stress of the situation. Don't we just want him to be happy after all?
